**Minpower** is an open source toolkit for
*students* and *researchers* in power systems.
It is designed to make working with *ED*,
*OPF*, and *UC* problems
*simple and intuitive*. The goal is to foster *collaboration*
with other *researchers* and to make learning easier for *students*.
